6-Month Check-Up

Today Nina is 6 months old! She had a great check-up, everything looking good, curious as always.

Weight: 6.95 kg or 15.3 lb
Height: 25.7 in

She's well in the "average" range for height, weight, and head measurements; such an accomplishment after such a short time! Now we get to look forward to solid food, sitting up, and even more giggles and smiles.

Nakey Time

What baby doesn't love to be naked in the summer? This baby also happens to love showing off her long legs, trying so very hard to stand up.

Munch Munch!

Nina now puts everything she can get her hands on right into her mouth, as she should. This was another hilarious attempt to get an entire toy into her mouth... Geez that tongue is huge!!

Fun With a Whisk

Who knew a little whisk could be so fun? This girl is determined to put everything in her mouth... and yes, I was watching very closely to make sure her tongue didn't get stuck. I'd say she's ready to lick the batter the next time we bake a cake!

Singapore continued

Nina was also happy to stare at the mesmerizing fish from the comfort of her carseat. We got up-close views of manta rays and sharks, and Nina was not scared one bit!

Singapore

We spent the long weekend in Singapore, visiting some amazing sites featuring big and small members of the animal kingdom. First we went to the zoo, so Nina was prepared for the sun with her sunglasses and hat. At the end of the day she needed to cool off in just her zoo onesie.

Today we went to the Aquarium at Sentosa and saw beautiful fish. Nina loved taking a close look over Daddy's shoulder.
